He is widely respected as the founder of Louisville’s oldest privately-held business brokerage firm. Florence began his career as a business owner himself. He started-up, managed and sold several of his own main street business ventures prior to making business brokerage his full-time career. As such, he brings to the table a keen understanding of acquisition, as well as the complex factors involved in owning and operating small and mid-market business.
