Otis has more than 35-years of experience as an entrepreneur, Licensed Real Estate Broker and Business Intermediary. Otis is the principal broker and founder of BB&C, Inc., but in the early part of his career successfully founded several other small businesses. These developed into thriving companies that caught the attention of potential buyers. In an era when business brokerage was practically unheard of, Otis negotiated and brokered their acquisitions himself. By the time he sold his last start-up in 1998, he knew what he wanted to do next.  His goal was to help other business owners when they were ready to sell.  BB&C was born out of that ambition, and he has spent the decades since dedicated to business brokerage. Over the past 20+ years he has closed hundreds of main street acquisitions. His extensive experience in the field, sound negotiating skills, and experience as a business owner make him an outstanding intermediary.

Pamela has over 25-years of experience as an analyst and business process engineer. Her background includes process engineering for several start-up companies and working as a financial analyst since the early 1990’s . She is a Accredited Business Intermediary (ABBA) and Licensed Kentucky Real Estate Agent. Pamela has coupled these skills with considerable experience in budgeting, marketing and financial analytics to help build Business Brokers & Consultants. She has worked with the company since 1998, helping business owners prepare their companies for market and buyers transition smoothly into their new role of ownership.
