Print Broker -Promotional Items to Traditional Business Forms- Contract Pending
This Company is currently under contingent contract, but it's not closed yet. Back up offers are being accepted. The Company provides custom product printing for everything from uniforms and trade show promotional items to business forms and checks. The Company's sales and design team can quickly translate any logo, message, or client idea into a delivered finished product. It specializes in direct business to business sales and has been successfully operated for over 35-years in Louisville, Kentucky. It has a close knit and seasoned team of professionals, valuable client-vendor relationships and refined workflows. These will enable it to smoothly transition ownership. Every small business has need of it's services, but Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Construction clients form some of it's largest verticals. Outsourced production allows The Company to compete without huge capital investments, pivot according to demand, and fulfill nearly any promotional or printing requirement.
Retirement
The Seller is determined to provide a soft handoff and training sufficient to ensure future success. An individual with Experience in Printing or Print Brokerage is the ideal candidate for acquisition, but anyone with sales experience can successfully operate this business with a little training. Seller will provide a minimum of 2-wks training in purchase price.
Outsourced production allows The Company to operate without the need to print or manufacture anything in-house. Business requires ~1,000 sq ft of warehouse/ storage space, but does NOT need to maintain a front office. The Sales force travels to meet its clients, not the other way around. It currently leases an office condo with shared warehouse space, but is not tied to that lease post acquisition. It can be relocated, operated as a home-based business, or out of an executive suite. Assets include office furniture, software and hardware systems.
This business model is ideal for expansion. Outsourced production allows The Company to compete without huge capital investments, pivot according to demand, and fulfill nearly any promotional or printing requirement. There is ample opportunity to expand in the fast-growing Louisville market, and The Company has, in fact, achieved much higher sales in prior years.
