Strategic location, good business to business relationships, and a unique business model were also key considerations for Experience Kairos, LLC.

Other factors that lead Experience Kairos to acquire The Logistics Company included the fact that it could not easily be replicated due to specialized systems. Entry costs for new competition were also extremely prohibitive.

Ultimately, a good working relationship with the Seller throughout the transition made for an ideal transition.
